By accessing or using the Site, or booking an appointment through it, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.

1. Scope; Acceptance

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, any additional terms posted on the Site, and any agreements you execute with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; the “Effective Date” above will be revised accordingly. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

  • Payment: Payment may be required at booking or at time of service. We accept the methods listed on the Site.
  • Cancellations & No‑Shows: Cancellation and no‑show fees apply as disclosed at booking. We may refuse service or charge a fee if you miss or cancel late.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, text, graphics, images, and other content on the Site (“Company IP”) are the property of Coralmed Center Group, Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Company IP without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any dispute shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. You and Company each consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

10. Severability; Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force. No waiver of any breach shall be deemed a waiver of subsequent breaches.

11. Force Majeure

Company is not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or internet/service outages.
