Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. You and the Company consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any breach or default under these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, natural disasters, or internet and service interruptions.
